Okay so you made a decision and now its time to join a gym! Let me share with you about the best gyms in Danville and San Ramon. I hate to admit it but I currently belong to more gyms than I care to admit…but its my passion and I like variety. One of the best in our area is 24 hour fitness in San Ramon. The Gym is easily accessible no matter where you live, has great childcare , and a huge variety of classes from spin to yoga and everything you can think of. The personal training is good and the culture of the club is really mixed. They have great amenities and keep the club immaculate.I give them 5 Stars.

Next we have Crunch Fitness in Blackhawk Plaza In Danville. Very nice remodel job in 2009 when Crunch took over. Great well rounded classes and superb personal training. all new equipment makes this club hard to pass up especially if you live close by.

Now not to dissuade you, but I can tell you from having worked in health clubs for over 10 years, that about 80% of the people who join will usually show up for the first month and then disappear from the gym or are abducted…I’m still trying to figure this out:)
